4350 Parkdale RD Adelanto CA 92301 | MLS #HD26211581

Unique 10 acre property with its owner water well. The well is 260 feet deep and pumps 13 gallons of water per minute. There are 2 24X40 modules on the property that are separately available for sale to be left at closing. Power is provided through solar panels on the modules as well as solar on the well. There is a dug out portion for a swimming pool that provides enough space for a 40,000 gallon swimming pool, but a new pool tarp would need to be installed. With private well water servicing the property, modules available to buy separately, and solar available this property provides a true off the grid opportunity for someone looking to enjoy the peace and quiet provided by a rural desert setting.
