32398 Fort Cady Road Newberry Springs CA 92365 | MLS #DW26135302

Big lot with potential. Entire lot is surrounded by a legally-approved 6/Feet high mound of sand for complete privacy. The plumbing above the water well has been stolen. Same with the electric meter and two transformers. The property is been offered for sale in its present AS IS condition. No repairs. No credit. Buyer/s to assume all cost for restoration and/or intended use/s.
While the existing zoning describes the subect as RL-5 (Rural Living-5 Acre Minimum), the uses in the immediate area are Crop Production, General Farming, Energy Generation Facility, Live Stock (rasing and keeeping) and Public Entertainment–which may have gotten a explicit county approval via a Conditional Use Permit or a Special Use Permit to operate; just make sure to check with proper governmental entity for the accepted uses and restrictions.
